The plan.
The division's development program, in the open: the fleet-convergence tracks that fold the operator surface into one console, the vagary-core tracks that build the shared product core, and the orchestration surfaces already live. Statuses are as recorded in the canonical plans.
Fleet convergence
One console, one namespace.
The convergence program (C0–C9) is the single super-admin pane: a persona-aware shell over the infra and product lenses, homed in the internal namespace. It is ratified and being executed.

The product core
vagary-core, tracked.
vagary-core is the shared product core: the capability catalog behind the console's product lens and this site's API reference. Its plan runs tracks for foundation, extraction, tenancy, distribution, and standing hygiene.

Orchestration
Platforms already live.
The orchestration roadmap runs per-platform automation and measurement against external surfaces. Live today:
Slack, Glitchtip (89%), Mailcow (canonical fleet mail), Telegram, Stripe, Razorpay, Bing.
